Five distillations in a traditional copper still from the beginning of the 19th century and 23k gold combine to achieve a quality distillate that allows the scents and flavours of natural botanicals to be fully appreciated. Bottled with a limited number of bottles, it is filled, labelled and the 23k gold is added later, all by hand. Pleasure for the senses.

Inspired by our blue Mediterranean Sea. To achieve its special flavour, it is made using Spain’s best citrus fruits and 15 botanicals, which include juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, sweet orange, cinnamon, bitter chamomile, lime, thyme, peppermint…
It is as blue as the sky. On the nose, it offers well-combined fresh, citrus aromas. On the palate it unfurls herbal, citrus and spiced flavours in a pleasant finish characterised by lime tones that provide freshness and elegance.
